18650 Battery Fire
I was plugging in the positive connection of one pack to the negative connection on the second pack. A few seconds later, i noticed a fire on the first pack. I unplugged the two packs and the fire went out. All of the cells on the first pack have a voltage of 3.77 or 3.78. I''ve included a link to a you tube video that has a little more information.

Regular 18650''s won''t discharge as much as Vape batteries, and that''s actually a good thing. When you have 100 cells in parallel, you can easily hit 100A with ''old crap'' @1A each. With Vape batteries, that could be 2000A which is overkill and I''m guessing that Vape batteries don''t last as long as 18650''s but I could be wrong.
