French utility Alstom (Euronext:à‚ ALO) and Druk Green Power have formed a joint venture (JV) to set up a hydropower service centre in Bhutan, Asia. The JV will establish the service centre to provide repair services for hydro runners and other underwater parts of hydropower plants.
